General

DS COVERS made of 300D polyester (DELTA and CUP covers) can withstand temperatures of 170℃. The heat resistant panels inside the ALFA motorcycle cover can withstand temperatures up to 300℃. To extend the life of the cover, we advise to wait 10 - 20 minutes after a ride before placing the cover on your motorcycle or scooter.
The ‘D’ stands for Denier. This is an international standard for the fineness of the thread used. The number of Deniers indicates the weight in grams of 9,000 metres of thread. The higher the Denier, the stronger or more durable the material is.

DS COVERS guarantees that the supplied protective cover is made of durable materials and has been manufactured under strict quality controls. There is a one year guarantee period against manufacturing faults on all DS COVERS.

If you wish to make a claim under this warranty you must approach the sales point where you bought your protective cover. You must always be able to produce the original receipt.

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser who bought the product new.

Because the combination bicycles/bicycle carrier in every situation is different, we recommend to fasten these covers with an extra lashing strap or luggage binder. This increases driving comfort and extends the life of the cover.

Ordering

[1.] Once you know which cover you want to order, after selecting the right size you click on the ‘Add to cart’ button on the product page of the relevant cover. You will then be taken to the ‘Shopping cart’ page with the desired product in the shopping cart list.

[2.] To continue with your order, check the listing and click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.

[3.] The next step is providing an invoicing and delivery address and choosing a payment method. Once you have entered all the details correctly, click on the ‘Pay’ button.

[4.] You will now perform the payment using the payment method you have chosen. After a payment has been completed successfully you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

You will always receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, sent to the e-mail address you have provided. If you have not received this, then please contact us.

After successful completing an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided. Didn’t you receive this email, then the following may be the problem:

1. you have made a typing error when entering your email address;
2. your email provider sees email from DS COVERS as spam and placed this email in your spam folder or removed it.

If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact us.

No. In the ordering process, we ask for an invoice and delivery address. You do not need to create an account. We only use your information for the delivery of the order.
Yes. Use the contact form to email or phone us your order. Do you want to order via email, then indicate the product(s) you want (including size) and the shipping address clearly. We will answer this email within 24 hours with a payment instruction. We will ship the order after we have received your payment.

You can enter a coupon code in the ordering process on the ‘Shopping cart’ page (below the order listing). Enter the code and click ‘Apply coupon’. If valid, the discount will be shown in the order overview.
Yes, all prices shown on www.dscovers.com include 21% VAT.

We ship our orders from the Netherlands with PostNL. In countries other than the Netherlands, PostNL cooperates with reliable logistics partners. After your order you will always receive a tracking number with which you can request the shipment status.
If you have placed and paid for an order, then you can assume that we have received your order. If you haven’t received your order within 2-4 business days, then we ask you to wait for 2 more business days. This is because the parcel delivery service sometimes takes a little longer. If you then still haven’t received your order, please contact us.
Yes. In the ordering process, you can provide a different shipping address than the invoice address (your own address).

Exchange - Returns

You can return your order within a period of 30 days.

During this time you can assess the product. It is allowed to try the product as you would do in a physical store. For example, you can remove the product from the packaging.

The return period expires 30 days after the day you received the product.

Products that are personalized or tailor-made, such as a car cover with printing / embroidery or a LUXX or SUNN car cover, cannot be returned.

You can exchange the ordered product, for example for another size. To do this, you place a new order for the desired product through our website and return the ‘old’ product via the instructions on the ‘Exchange / Return‘ page.

If you want to exchange a product for another product or size, we will bear the costs for the return. If you only want to return a product, you pay the costs for the return yourself.
