What maximum temperature can the DS COVERS withstand (e.g. placing over a hot exhaust/tailpipe)?
The DS COVERS made of 210D polyester (Delta motorcycle cover) can withstand temperatures of 150℃ and the DS COVERS made of 300D polyester (Alfa motorcycle cover and Cup scooter cover) up to 170℃. The exhaust panels in the Alfa motorcycle cover can withstand temperatures of up to 300℃. To extend the life of the cover, we advise always waiting 5 to 10 minutes after riding before placing the cover on your motorcycle or scooter. [to top]
How do I know what size of motorcycle or scooter cover I should buy?
On the product pages you will find an advisory size chart showing the most common motorcycle/scooter brands and models. Should your motorcycle or scooter not be in this table, then follow the measuring instructions – also on the product pages – to determine the correct cover size. [to top]
What exactly is 210D or 300D polyester?
The ‘D’ stands for Denier. This is an international standard for the fineness of the thread used. The number of Deniers indicates the weight in grams of 9,000 metres of thread. The higher the Denier, the stronger or more durable the material is. [to top]
What guarantee applies to the DS COVERS?
DS COVERS guarantees that the supplied protective cover is made of durable materials and has been manufactured under strict quality controls. There is a one year guarantee period against manufacturing faults on all DS COVERS. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty you must approach the sales point where you bought your protective cover. You must always be able to produce the original receipt. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser who bought the product new. [to top]
Do I have to use additional tightening when using the STAR, EAGLE II or SUN bicycle covers on a bicycle carrier?
Because the combination bicycles/bicycle carrier in every situation is different, we recommend to fasten these covers with an extra lashing strap or luggage binder. This increases driving comfort and extends the life of the cover. [to top]
How do I place an order on www.dscovers.com?
[1.] Once you know which cover you want to order, after selecting the right size you click on the ‘Add to cart’ button on the product page of the relevant cover. You will then be taken to the ‘Shopping cart’ page with the desired product in the shopping cart list.
[2.] To continue with your order, check the listing and click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
[3.] The next step is providing an invoicing and delivery address and choosing a payment method. Once you have entered all the details correctly, click on the ‘Pay’ button.
[4.] You will now perform the payment using the payment method you have chosen. After a payment has been completed successfully you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. [to top]
How do I know my order has been received correctly at DS COVERS?
You will always receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, sent to the e-mail address you have provided. If you have not received this, then send an e-mail to info[at]dscovers.com. [to top]
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation e-mail?
After successful completing an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided. Didn’t you receive this email, then the following may be the problem:
1. you have made a typing error when entering your email address;
2. your email provider sees email from DS COVERS as spam and placed this email in your spam folder or removed it.
Do I have to register to place an order at DS COVERS?
No. In the ordering process, we ask for an invoice and delivery address. You do not need to create an account. We only use your information for the delivery of the order. [to top]
Can I place an order by phone or email?
Yes. Use the contact form to email or phone us your order. Do you want to order via email, then indicate the product(s) you want (including size) and the shipping address clearly. We will answer this email within 24 hours with a payment instruction (Bank Transfer). We will ship the order after the money is credited to our bank account. [to top]

I have still not received my order. Has it actually been sent?
If you have placed and paid for an order, then you can assume that we have received your order. If you haven’t received your order within 2-4 business days, then we ask you to wait for 2 more business day. This is because the parcel delivery agent sometimes takes a little longer. Can I have my order delivered to another address?

To which countries does DS COVERS ship its orders?
In the ordering process you can choose to deliver your order to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom. [to top]
During this time you can assess the product. It is allowed to try the product as you would do in a physical store. For example, you can remove the product from the packaging.
The return period expires 30 days after the day you received the product.
Products that are personalized, for example with a print / embroidery, can not be returned. [to top]
Can I exchange my order?
You can exchange the ordered product, for example for another size. To do this, you place a new order with the desired product through our website and return the product received in accordance with the procedure below. [to top]

3. Carefully keep the tracking number / shipping receipt of the return shipment carefully. Should the return shipment get lost, we will ask you for this.
Please note that the products to be returned must always be undamaged and in the original packaging / storage bag. If receipt shows that a product is damaged, DS COVERS will send the product return sender.
Upon request for return, DS COVERS will return the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt and approval of the return, via the payment method you have used. [to top]
